For the 2016 vintage of The Crusher Cabernet Sauvignon, Sebastiani sourced fruit from Clarksburg, Lodi and Paso Robles — all of which experience ample sunshine and grow grapes with beautiful fruit concentration. Small amounts of three other varieties added complexity, and judicious oak aging lent a soft texture to the finished wine.
